And this seems to be a target which has been described as too far, too fast, and in pursuing it, it actually puts diversity targets ahead of ensuring what is best for our Armed Forces operational effectiveness.",Gordon-Banks emphasized that he would be the first to say that having a good ethnic minority and diverse mix in the Armed Forces which reflects the multicultural kind of country that the UK is, is a positive thing. 三 | 在班级群中，班级积极鼓励和动员有意愿、有能力的家长主动报名，并通过家长的民主推荐来确定最终人选。 “食”光启航 为爱而来 副园长胡洪娣老师对各位膳食委员们的到来表示热烈欢迎和诚挚地感谢，并向大家阐释膳食监督委员会成立的初衷和价值，以及膳食监督家长委员会的职责以及监督方式，同时每一位委员签订履职承诺书，确保每位家长委员都能清晰地了解职责，以及膳食监督的重要意义，为今后膳管会监督工作的有效开展指明了方向。 为爱而来 明确职责 共同“膳”举 保健医生岑老师详细讲解膳食监督委员会家长履职承诺书的职责和重点监督事项，强调了委员会成员要关注膳食检查、膳食意见、加强沟通以及工作纪律等方面，共同促进幼儿园膳食管理。随后大家根据自荐和推选，选出本次膳食监督家委会主任和副主任各一名，负责组织协调、沟通联络等工作。 膳食经费 落到“食”处 副园长胡老师为新上任的膳食委员会主任与膳食委员会成员颁发聘书，这一纸聘书，不仅是一份荣誉，更是一份沉甸甸的责任。接过聘书，家长们就正式成为幼儿园膳食监督的重要力量，将与幼儿园携手共同守护孩子们的健康成长。 会议结束后，副园长胡老师和岑医生和两位主任一起简单沟通，明确委员会主任、副主任等职位的职责，确保工作有序开展。
